Developing resilience helps individuals and organizations manage their energy and perform at their best. Embracing change is necessary in a changing world. At the core of embracing change and resilience is an inner strength to effectively handle change. In this course you will identify what triggers the emotional output from change, as well as differentiate between an expectation and a preference. Participants will understand the four levels of awareness and how to overcome obstacles through building the muscle of resilience. You will learn how to overcome obstacles with grace and persevere through what can seem like setbacks and challenges beyond your control. In addition, you will learn alternative solutions to new or common problems with finesse and sophistication.
