Complaints
Students/parents have the right to freely voice grievances and recommend changes to our online program without fear of reprisal or unreasonable interruption of services. Although by and large we always try our best to provide the best online learning environment possible for our students we may occasionally experience issues. With 125,000 students in over 1400 counties there may be miscommunication but all complaints will be handled in a professional manner.
If you have a concern or a complaint we do have a clear complaints policy on our website.
With all concerns or complaints:
- We offer several methods to contact a customer service representative to start your initial complaint process. Online contact forms, email, multiple contact numbers, fax and extended customer service hours.
- If there is no satisfactory resolution of the complaint, the next level of management will be notified progressively and up to the president or owner of the company. (Customer Support Representative, Customer Service Manager, Education Director)
- Where at all possible make the complaint at the lowest appropriate level. Very few complaints need to come directly to the Education Director, although there are some.
- If you are not sure who to contact, fill out the online contact form and our customer service representative will direct you to the appropriate person.
- Complaints regarding the Education Director may be made directly in writing to the president, owner or Board of Directors.
